    Your are right, Dr. Beniflah!
Today, I exchanged e-mails with Mr. Jeff Warkentin from Royal Caribbean International to who I asked me to provide me a franchiser from Hispanic/Latino background, both cultural and linguistically in order to work as independent contractor with him/her to approach successfully such ethnic community in San Antonio, Texas to market the cruises. Mr. Warkentin is having very hard difficulty to understand why it is important since all speak English he said.

I tried to explain him that Latino Identity is so different from Anglo perspective because of cultural values, world vision, sensitivity to place and time, meaning of family, spirituality, etc.

Now that I know about your excellent research, I will recommend your services to help every company in such situation to make a proper repositioning to the Hispanic/Latino Market for better outcomes.

I wish a wonderful season of unfolding miracles for you, teamwork, clients and families.

    Guillermo
